Peru is one of the richest culinary cultures in the world, based on the fact that it was mixed with other culture's flavours, ingredients and secrets for centuries, which gives them a unique and insuperable flavour.
The idea of making it started from the same tourist's curiosity of learning more about these new and exotic flavours they didn’t knew about, so we decided to get them to know Peru through its cuisine.
We will take you on a journey through your senses where they will see, feel and taste the most exquisite aromas, colors, textures and flavours.
On this tour we will have the pleasure to count on with the talented chef Rafael Piqueras from "Fusion Restaurant", who at his young age was the first Latin-American invited to Madrid-Fusion 2004 and the great Toshiro Konishi from "Toshiro's", who will help us take you to an extraordinary and unforgettable experience.
