To make this possible, we have several options so you can make the most of our gastronomy, from visiting the best restaurants recommended by experts in our gastronomy to customized cooking classes where you will become an authentic Peruvian chefs and experienced Pisco tasters.
Culinary Experience Program
|08:00am||Pick from your hotel and transfer to El Mercado de Productores in San Isidro.|
|09:00am||We will start our Culinary Experience having a typical peruvian brakfast. We will enjoy of a suculent fruit juice and a variety of typical sándwiches. After that, we will walk around the market to learn all about our main ingredients as vegetables, fruits, meats, fish and sea food. At the same time we will shop the ingredients for our cooking class demonstration.|
|11:00am||After our walk around the market, we will head up to Pachacamac, located 45 minutes from Lima. This a country area outside the city famous for its typical Peruvian Paso Horse ranchs.|
|12:00pm||Once we arrive to Pachacamac, we will start with a Pisco Sour, an appetizer made of Pisco and after that we will learn about this spirituose drink. Right after that we will start with our cooking classes were you will become a ¨Peruvian Chef¨ able to prepare a Cebiche or a Lomo Saltado.|
|03:00pm||After enjoying a great meal, we will get back to Lima.|
